If we see that a certain sender that we work with continuously has been blocked several times, there is the possibility of defining him as a safe sender so that next time he will not block.

Here are the steps you need to take to set up a sender as safe:

In Outlook, click Home, then click Junk



Click on “Junk Email Options”


In the following window we will add the sender to the list of safe senders under "Safe Sender" as follows:

Click "Add" We will enter the email address of the sender and finally click "OK"

The sender is now defined as a safe sender
