Due to severe information security issues with the Microsoft Printing Service, printing from the terminal to the printer at home is blocked and it is not possible to print to the printer at home.
This guide is for customers who have purchased dedicated third-party software that allows them to print to a printer at home securely.
If you are inside the terminal, exit the system using the red icon on the desktop
Log in from the local computer outside the terminal (outside the Master) to the following link
https://www.terminalworks.com/remote-desktop-printing/downloads
Click on Download Client and the file will start downloading to your computer
When the download is complete, open the file and click O.k.
On the next screen, click NEXT and then I Accept and NEXT again
Then press NEXT twice and then INSTALL
At the end of the installation, press NEXT and then FINISH
It is now possible to enter the terminal and print to a printer called TsPrint that it will print to the printer at home
