Remote Connection Setup Guide - MFA (2-Step Verification)

Level 1:

Download the app, via phone, in the app store >>> Microsoft Authenticator  

** The app is available on Android / iPhone devices.

 


  1. 1. Enter the following link on your computer (not via the terminal / cloud) >>:     https://aka.ms/mfasetup. 

Log in / identify by >> The email address of the company and with the password 

(the same login password as that of the computer) Then >>> next screen - select >>>> SET UP.

Level 2:

 

  1. Open the application, via the phone >>> Microsoft Authenticator, which we downloaded on the mobile phone’, Click >> ADD ACCOUNT - at the top >>> 
  2. Choose a WORK OR SCHOOL account >>> + immediately at that moment 
  3. click on >>> SCAN QR
(If a request is received for approval to use the camera - please confirm + messages)

 


 

 

3.1. Please scan the barcode we received on the website, on the computer (Section 3). Via mobile phone. After scanning, press<<  NEXT.

 

  1. Now, we will receive a request for approval (test / TEST) in the application - the request must be confirmed on the mobile phone, and click on >> NEXT on the website, and at the end >>> FINISH.

 

 

 

 

 

From now on you can connect to the Master-Out icon, + with a password, + and confirmation through the app.
 
 
Highlights:
** Do not delete the application on your mobile phone.
*** Any remote connection only, must be confirmed through the above app, without which we will not be able to connect.
**** Connection through the office without change as usual, only provided they are not connected to WIFI.
